We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of purchase.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, hair and other products must be in the same original condition in which they were received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unprocessed.

Hair or products that have been worn, washed, colored, cut, processed, altered, or otherwise changed are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligible products in original condition may be exchanged for another available style or length. If the replacement item has a different price, the order total will be adjusted accordingly.

Before sending a return

Please contact us before mailing any return. We will provide the correct return instructions and return destination after your request has been reviewed. Do not send a product back without return instructions or authorization.
